The Adler organic farm is worth a visit in itself - the farm and its location with a view of the Wilder Kaiser are so beautiful. But you should actually come for the wonderful organic products, which come from the farm's own dairy and are delivered to the farm store and then into your rucksack by the shortest route.
Our organic products are available 24 hours in the self-service store directly at our Biohof Adler.
The Biohof Adler is located at 854 meters above sea level in the middle of picturesque Bichlach. With its idyllic location and view of Astberg, Kitzbüheler Horn and Wilder Kaiser, it is one of the most beautiful farms in our area.
We make delicious organic products such as raw milk, natural whey, fruit whey, natural and various fruit yogurts, sour cream butter, curd and curd spreads. Depending on availability, we also offer various types of cheese from Tilsiter, chive cheese, pepper cheese, wild garlic cheese to smoked cheese.
The one or other schnaps is available on request.
