This pastry is genuine craftsmanship: for more than 35 years, the Mader family in Kramsach has been making the Tyrolean Prügeltorte according to an old recipe. The dough is spread layer by layer by hand on a wooden beater and baked over an open fire until golden brown, turning constantly. A Tyrolean pastry that you have to try.

We recommend because:

  • ... you can try an original Tyrolean pudding cake
