The Walserhof, with its view of Kronburg Castle, is run by Thomas and Silvia Walser. The Walser family runs their farm with great joy and enthusiasm, adhering to fundamental principles: in addition to caring for their animals in a species-appropriate manner and practising organic farming, they focus on the local region throughout the entire value chain.

Description

What the Walser family stands for: species-appropriate animal husbandry and corresponding animal welfare! What makes this product special is that the animals have more space in the barn, there is a winter garden and more outdoor space than in most other farms. The type of feeding is also different here, as the nearly 3,000 chickens are fed sprouted organic grain every day. In addition, the transport route to the slaughterhouse is as short as possible – only 10 metres long.
