In Tyrol's first organic mustard factory, mustard seeds are cold-ground by hand using a 750 kg granite stone mill. Watch the production of mustard in the glass showroom from the shop.

The 16 different types of stone-ground organic mustard (herb mustard, chocolate chilli mustard, ginger mustard, ...) from our own production can be purchased directly from the mustard factory. By prior arrangement, the factory can also be visited on Wednesdays at 2.00 pm with an expert guide and mustard tasting.
