The central line in the main sector. Don't be put off by the first three slings and the lower crux, then follows a varied, beautiful and long route. Despite the pump, the end requires a clean technique. Ideally suited for fall or winter days, as the south-facing wall resembles a sunny balcony and is pleasant to climb in the sun even in otherwise cool temperatures.
Access from the Achleiten parking lot:
From the bend below the inn, cross the barrier and follow the forest road (trail no. 57a) towards Hintersteiner See, first downhill, then uphill again until a narrow path branches off to the right at the overview board to the wall. Follow this steeply up to the visible wall, which you reach in the left-hand part of the main sector.
The approach to the other sectors leads along the wall to the left (Westend) and right (Bauernwandl and Panoramawandl).
