Test your climbing skills in Ladis! The rocks made of crystalline schist, on which the Laudeck Castle spectacularly stands, offer perfect conditions for adventurous days on the rock. The via ferratas “Quarzit Wall Laudeck” offer all climbing enthusiasts two short but exciting routes. They bear the striking names “Pons Laudes Steig” (red) and “Laudecksteig” (black). The difficulty levels of the via ferratas range from A to D. The former blue route ("Via Claudia Augusta") will be used exclusively as the official descent for the two other via ferrata routes. Climbers are rewarded with a magnificent view of the Inntal valley below. The view of the mountain scenery on the opposite side of the valley, with Laudeck Castle and the Kaunertal, will also make any climber's heart soar.
