Approach

From the car park, walk 500 m on Moosalmstraße, past the Moosalm to a barrier. From there follow the forest path for 1 km to a left-hand bend with a meadow. From the information board you can reach the hiking base on a path in just a few minutes.

Descent

From the end of the wire rope, climb approx. 2 m up to a path. Keep right on this and follow climbing and wire ropes to a short, unsecured rock step. Go down the rock (1 m) and then through low thuja bushes on climbing tracks, immediately afterwards over a stepped steep meadow, past several climbing routes, back to the start.

Route description

Short, but demanding (training) via ferrata in a beautiful location. Very exposed, however nicely built into the rocky Ötztal primary rocks.
Appropriate via ferrata gear, helmet, climbing harness with via ferrata karabiner, perhaps gloves are required.
