The skating trail on the Stubai Glacier is easily accessible from the Gamsgarten Summit Station (2,620 m). From there, the cross-country skiing track runs past the Kinderland in a large reversal loop back to the starting point, offering a magnificent panorama of the highest Stubai Mountains.
