The SKI-TRAIL Tannheimer Tal – Bad Hindelang was held annually on this circular trail. A cross-country marathon through the entire Tannheimer Valley to the neighboring Allgäu. Tyrolean Trail Quality SealFor two decades, the Tyrolean state government has been awarding the Trail Quality Seal to operators of trails under certain conditions.The Tannheimer Tal is a "cross-country paradise." Not only does the ADAC Ski Guide 2008 list it among the top 10 ski areas in the Nordic/Cross-country category, but it has also received a special award from the state of Tyrol: the "Trail Quality Seal of the State of Tyrol." This is valid for three years, with criteria such asnumber of trails, preparation, orientation, or marking regularly checked.The Tannheimer Tal has optimal cross-country conditions with a 140-kilometer-long network of trails and a maximum altitude difference of 50 meters. The tracks are suitable for both classic style and skating and offer challenges for cross-country skiers of all skill levels.
