Day 1 – medium: From Brixlegg via Reith im Alpbachtal – Inneralpbach – over the Upper Höhenweg to Alpbach Overnight stay in Alpbach
Winter closure: From 1 November through 1 April of the following year all MTB routes and bike paths are closed for safety reasons
There is no snow clearing service on these paths and many MTB routes are avalanche-prone. Depending on snow conditions, some routes may also be closed longer than until 1 April. For detailed information on snow conditions contact the local tourist office.

Start Brixlegg at the bikestop (parking available at the bikestop or directly at accommodation in Kramsach for 2nd/3rd night), from there to the main road, roundabout and continue towards Alpbachtal (2nd exit) – after about 800 m turn left (opposite bus stop) and via a side street to Bischofsbrunn – cross state road L5, at 2nd street turn left to Reitherkogelbahn and then left on to state road and immediately right to the district Hygna. Now the asphalt road leads steadily uphill to the chapel. Here follow mountain bike route no. 316 via Kolber to Kolberhof and from there follow no. 321 to Inneralpbach.
In Inneralpbach past Connys Original Tiroler Wirtshaus to Bubenkapelle, over the bridge and then left uphill via the Upper Höhenweg - no. 321 - to Alpbach.
