Stage 12: Niederndorf - Kössen Stage 13: Kössen - Lofer
After the village sign for Sebi, turn right towards Buchberg. After a slight ascent, turn left past the Lederer inn. Continue via Asching until you reach the main road to Durchholzen.
Follow this road and turn right into the municipal road at the Amberg Lift. Turn left at the crossroads at the Schnapfl farm and immediately take the next road on the right. Now follow the Seestraße along the Walchsee until you reach Camping Seemühle. Turn left onto the main road to Trachtenstube Achorner and then turn right and cycle to Gundharting. Use the underpass there and follow the path first through the forest and then through the settlement of Mooslenz, past the Annakapelle chapel to the sports field. Cross the large wooden bridge and cycle into the village center of Kössen, past the church and follow the road to the next bridge, which you also pass. Shortly before the turn-off to the gondola station, keep right towards Eurocamp. Drive through the Unterschwendt district to the Gasthof Lucknerhof. Continue left through the center of Schwendt. Continue descending and then turn right towards Kohlenbach, which you will encounter again and again until you reach the village of Griesenau. Then follow the main road to Gasteig, where you turn left into the village. Follow this road until you reach Kirchdorf. From there you continue via Waidring to Lofer.
Bicycles are not allowed on public transport. Bicycles are allowed on buses with bicycle trailers.
There is no parking directly at the starting point of the route.
