Description

The panoramic cycle tour in Terfens is an approximately 11-kilometre circular route with an elevation gain of around 350 meters - ideal for leisure cyclists and e-bikers. From the center of Terfens, the cycle route first leads to the Maria Larch chapel before continuing via the district of Eggen to Gnadenwald. Here, after the previously rather wooded area, the first views into the distance become possible. Many beautiful photo opportunities await you along this route, be it the wonderful panorama or the shrines and chapels. In fact, you are already in the middle of the Karwendel mountains here - purely geographically, as the border is always formed by the center line of the Inn. In any case, the village café in Terfens offers the opportunity to stop and rest.

The cycle tour partly follows MTB route 408, so you can follow the MTB signs.

Tip: The right-turning water of the fountain at the Maria Larch Chapel is said to have healing properties. People from near and far come here to fill the water.
