Start your trip at the cable car station Streuböden. Here you take the left trail passing the restaurant "S4 Alm". At the crossing you turn right towards "Streuböden" and follow the way up to the middle station.
Connection to round "Lärchfilzhochalmrunde" 256:
Alternative 1: from the middle station you follow the road on the left side of the meadow towards alpine inn "Wildalpgatterl". Halfway you cross the meadow an drive down the trail towards lake "Lauchsee" and further on to the cable car station Streuböden.
Alternative 2: take the road up to alpine inn "Wildalpgatterl", pass it and continue on the left hand side towards Lärchfilzhochalm. Then you drive down to the valley and go back to the station Streuböden.
By bus: Bus connection from Ellmau / Kitzbühel / St. Johann i.T. / Lofer and within the PillerseeTal region. Fieberbrunn Bergbahn bus stop. Free of charge with guest card. Limited bicycle transport possible. Bike rental directly at the starting point, the Streuböden valley station.
By train: Train connection from Wörgl to Hochfilzen (regional trains). Free of charge with guest card. Fieberbrunn railway station. Limited bicycle transport possible. Journey time to the starting point approx. 10 min.
