Short description:Lace up your running shoes...... and off you go through an impressive landscape: On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the Seen Lauf will take place again in the Tannheimer Tal. Runners can choose between two distances: 10 km or 23 km – perfect for every level. The race is suitable for everyone and offers both hobby runners and professionals an unforgettable experience!

Late registration on site plus 10.00 Euros
Refreshment stations: 


Station 1 – Haldensee East after 3.4 km
Station 2 – Finish refreshments Nesselwängle after 8 km

Tip:

There are refreshment and drink stations set up along the route, where waste can be disposed of. It is forbidden to throw away waste outside these zones. Those who disregard this can be disqualified by the organizer.

Safety guidelines:

The participant acknowledges that during the “SEEN-LAUF Tannheimer Tal” the hiking trails and roads are not closed, all hiking trails and roads are used by other people as well, and the road traffic regulations (StVO) generally apply. 

Equipment:

Race numbers will only be issued to the respective participant in person. For all routes, there is an unofficial finish list that serves as a control for the organizer.
