Description:
On the well-developed and maintained hiking paths, we pass through forest sections and great scenery over Unterjoch to Schattwald. Along the way, we enjoy great views and insights into the nature and surroundings of various small towns and communities. Passing by natural and cultural features, we enjoy the peace and expanse of the Alpine landscape in Allgäu and Tyrol. Upon arrival at the destination, we immerse ourselves in the Tyrolean and Allgäu mindset and enjoy the traditional and cultural ambiance.Directions:
The starting point is the parking lot next to the church in Jungholz. From there, we walk past the Jungholz ski lifts and turn left onto the hiking trail towards Vorderer Sorgalpe. Passing by Sorgalpe, we continue towards Unterjoch. Through the town, always following the signs, we walk towards Schattwald. After about an hour, we reach the junction towards Hotel Rehbach. We follow this until we reach the final destination.Tip:
