Description

The trail starts near the cemetery, leads onto the golf course, and passes the Langlaufstüberl at the start of the Karwendel valleys. It forms an approximately 4km loop through the peaceful Tristenautal valley before returning to the Langlaufstüberl and following the initial route back. With an elevation gain of only 40m, this route is ideal for a short, peaceful winter walk. Alternatively, you can start directly from the Langlaufstüberl car park, or join the loop about 600 metres further along via the winter hiking trail into the Tristenautal valley.
