Equipment

Good equipment is essential for your hike. The following items should definitely be in your rucksack: - Food and drink - Functional clothing for rain, wind and cold - A change of clothes - Sun protection - First aid kit - Mobile phone with a full battery (Euro emergency number 112) - Hiking map or GPS - Hiking poles Nevertheless, the following applies: light luggage is also easier to carry, so you should not weigh down your rucksack with unnecessary ballast. In addition, your hiking equipment should of course also be adapted to your particular hiking tour.

Description

Your footpath begins right next to the road bridge, parallel to the Bernhardstalbach stream as far as the Lech. Cross the Nikolausbrücke bridge there, turn left onto the forest path after approx. 300 metres and then follow the footpath. After the junction with a forest path, the trail descends to Grießau and runs past the houses in the direction of Elbigenalp. After crossing the bridge, walk straight ahead to the parish church, cross the main road at the community centre and then walk up the old village road into the valley. When you reach the junction with the main road, you pass the Wunderkammer and after 200 metres you are back at the starting point of your hike.
