Description

New Regensburger Hütte - Eastern Knotenspitze. A trail to Jedlasgrübl begins directly at the Regensburger Hut. At the beginning the path leads over grass, then over a lot of scree and boulders, later possibly over old snow to the summit. Now you walk over the partly very steep south flank, where wire protections are partly attached, to the ridge and then on to the south summit, also called Kreuzspitze. The transition to the Knotenspitze (main summit) leads over the short, sharp ridge with some climbing. This mountain tour requires absolute surefootedness and a head for heights.
