Mountain railway Sesselbahn Buchensteinwand

The 4-seater chairlift to the Buchensteinwand (1,456 meters), the panoramic mountain at the southern end of the Pillerseetal valley, takes just a few minutes. At the top, there is not only an accessible summit cross, but also the largest accessible one in the world. With various hiking trails, MTB routes, an alpine inn at the summit and a view of the surrounding mountains, it's a great place to spend the day.
