Parking lot at the midway station of the Bichlalm Lift
The trail from the middle station of the Bichlalm Lift in Oberaigen to the Bichlalm Mountain Inn (upper station) promises a pleasant climb that even beginners can manage.
The route follows Ski Run 50 and runs mostly through open meadows with a breathtaking view of the Hahnenkamm across the valley. It passes through a wooded area for only a few hundred meters. Shortly after that, simply follow the Almweg trail for the final stretch to the mountain station. Highly recommended: stop for a break at the mountain inn at an elevation of 1,600 meters, which offers an unobstructed view of the sunset.
