The Moon Sledding Run didn't get its name by chance: Since, as we all know, there isn't a full moon every day, stylishly placed moons along the extra-wide, child-friendly course provide plenty of light.
The Moon Toboggan Run is open and illuminated only in the evenings—Wednesdays through Saturdays from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
You can easily reach the top via the Hexenwasser Cable Car; the run starts just below the Alpengasthof Hochsöll. Passing the Stöcklalm, the toboggan run—over 8 meters wide—invites you to race ahead and features only a few turns. Families in particular can enjoy safe, fun turns on this 4-kilometer-long, easy toboggan run and experience a special winter night. The run doesn’t rely solely on moonlight: it’s covered in artificial snow and perfectly illuminated. A romantic atmosphere is still guaranteed!

Coming from Wörgl, Kufstein, or St. Johann on Federal Highway B178, take the exit for Söll and, at the roundabout, take the exit toward Hexenwasser (SkiWelt Uphill Facilities Valley Station). Turn left before the Uphill Facilities’ Valley station and drive across the bridge. This is where you’ll find the trailhead and the Uphill Facilities parking lots.
