Eggenstall - Enger circular route
Starting point is St. Leonhard i. P. Gh Sonne/Liesele bus stop in Eggenstall. Cross the bridge and turn right to follow the winter hiking trail to Innerwald. Once there, follow the trail to Außerwald. Now you have the option of crossing the bridge and stopping for a bite to eat at the Hotel Alpenhof, or you can continue the hike to the hamlet of Enger. From there, the route is moderately steep in the direction of Bichl. Walk past the partially frozen Bichl waterfall and follow the trail along the edge of the forest back to Eggenstall.
Take the bus to the St. Leonhard i. P. Gh Sonne stop.
The St. Leonhard municipal car park is approx. 10 minutes (600 metres) from the starting point
