From Finkenberg/Dorf at the church on the road to the glass painting Sporer (house no. 169), then on the lower branch of trail no. 26. After the 2nd bridge, descend to the right on trail no. 26a through wooded area to the Tuxer Straße (L6). Cross this and follow the hiking trail out of the valley, about 10 meters after the bus stop on the outskirts of Gstan to Mayrhofen.
Shorter variant: cross the Tuxer Straße (L6), then turn right on trail no. 26c (Schürzenjägerstraße) into the valley and left again downhill on trail no. 31 through Gstan on the road.
Return from Gstan along the Zemmbach stream into the valley on trail no. 12, keep right and head uphill to Au. After house no. 43 on path no. 31 a (Kreuzweg) to the Sacred Heart Chapel and then turn left into path no. 31 (Glocke), which leads through the "lower village" back to the church.
This path is also recommended in the opposite direction!
