From Finkenberg/village at the church on the road to the Sporer glass-painting shop (house no. 169), then onto the lower branch of trail no. 26. After the 2nd bridge, descend right onto trail no. 26a through wooded area to the L6. Cross this road. Here turn right on trail no. 26c (Schürzenjägerstraße) into the valley and then left again downhill on trail no. 31 through Gstan on an asphalt road. Variant: Cross the Tuxer Straße (L6) and follow the hiking trail out of the valley, about 10 meters after the bus stop on the outskirts of Gstan to Mayrhofen.
