Description

This hike starts at the Badeseeparkplatz Going and leads you a short way up into the majestic Kaisergebirge.

Follow the Aschauerweg, which takes you past the swimming lake and offers a magnificent view of Going. From here, you can admire the Kitzbüheler Horn. Follow the path and pass traditional, family-run farms.

Turn off at the "Moor & More" junction and continue hiking uphill through the winter forest towards Graspoint-Niederalm (not managed). On the way, you will pass the impressive Aschinger Kapelle, which was built in 2008 from regional fir wood. A look inside the chapel is definitely worthwhile. The wide path leads leisurely to the Graspoint-Niederalm at 981 metres, which is framed by dark fir trees and lies protected in front of the snow-covered rock faces of the Wilder Kaiser.

Take the same path back to your starting point.
