Description

You start your hike in the center of Holzgau. You initially head east and walk through the village of Holzgau. Only at the end of the village do you turn north. Now the trail climbs steadily uphill, past the hamlet of Oberwinkel, heading west. This will take you over the Schiggen and Mühlwald forest to the suspension bridge with a breathtaking view down into the Höhenbach gorge. You then hike leisurely back to Holzgau.
