Easy winter hike from Zwölferkopf (1,500m) to Pertisau along a forest road through the winter woodland, with beautiful views of Lake Achensee and Pertisau.
The hiking trail Zwölferkopf starts from the top station of the Karwendel cable car. Walk in the direction of the mountain hut Bärenbadalm. After about 200 metres, the forest road branches off to the left and descends through the forest to the valley station of the Karwendel cable car. The way back offers beautiful views of Lake Achensee and Pertisau.

Take the regional bus (lines 8332 or 390) to the valley station of the Karwendel cable car and get off at the "Pertisau Karwendellift" stop.
