Description

The Weather Trail at Zwölferkopf explains the weather in a simple and interesting way. At an altitude of around 1,500 metres, five information boards share useful facts about weather, including easy-to-understand explanations, traditional weather sayings and other interesting information.
QR codes on the information boards provide additional digital content. The information changes depending on the current weather, so there is always something different to discover in sunshine, rain or changeable conditions.

Getting here

  • Arrival by public transport

    Take the regional bus (line 8332 or 390) to the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau and get off at the "Pertisau Karwendellift".

  • Parking

    There are two large paid car parks at the cable car station. The parking fee is refunded for cable car passengers.
