WinterHikingPath: BergWaldWeg on Mount Penken
Hike from the Penkenbahn mountain station to the middle station of the Finkenberger Almbahnen. Along the BergWaldWeg you can enjoy the idyllic landscape and the wonderful views of Mount Ahorn and Stilluptal opposite.
Our tip: Take the Finkenberger Almbahn up to the Penkenjoch and take the WinterHiking Path Penken back to the Kombibahn Penken, which takes you back to the Penkenbahn. The Penkenjoch Loop Hike ticket is your perfect companion.
Alternatively you can take the Finkenberger Almbahn to the valley station and take the bus (not included in the ticket price) back to Mayrhofen.
