Archery parcour BSV Avalon

Course in Kirchberg/Tirol: 30 stations with 3-D animals, 4 km, 2–2.5 h, four launching pegs, resting place, own provisions needed, crossbows prohibited, compound bows welcome.

Description

Course Information – Kirchberg in Tirol

The archery course is located at an altitude of about 850 m in Kirchberg in Tirol, right next to the mountain inn Staudachstubn.

It includes 30 stations with 3D animals, often arranged in groups. The circuit is approximately 4 km long, partially steep and challenging. The average walking time is 2 to 2.5 hours. The shooting range is currently closed.

Four shooting pegs are available:

  • Yellow – IFAA distance, max. 54 m
  • Red – traditional distance / WA3D compound, max. 40 m
  • Blue – WA3D distance, max. 30 m
  • White – children's peg

At the parking lot, there is a course book for registration as well as the cash desk for the fee of 10 € (2025). Card payments are not possible.

A rest area is located in the middle of the circuit. Beverages are not provided, so it is advisable to bring your own refreshments.

After the round, the team at the mountain inn Staudachstubn offers food and drinks.

Note: Crossbow shooting is not permitted on the entire premises. Compound bows are allowed.
