The launch site is located in southwestern direction beneath the mountain station at Onkeljoch. The gently sloping meadow of the landing site is directly below the valley station.

The launch site is located to the southwest below the mountain station at Onkeljoch. Launch direction southeast. Maintain distance from the cable car, and fly timely to the landing site in case of valley wind.
