Alte Post
In 1778, the post office, which had previously been located in Heiterwang, was moved to Reutte. What is now the "Alte Post" is decorated with a gable fresco by Ludwig Werner from 1928, showing the departure of the stagecoach. The departing lady's luggage has already been stowed on the roof of the carriage, her husband is seeing her off and two little dogs are watching the scene. On the left at the edge of the picture, a monkey is sitting on the fence.
