Between Steinberg and Walleralm is the ridge of the Hocheck. The wind-protected spiral invites the hiker to a comfortable rest. For a wide view eis Viscope provides, which brings the hiker closer to the mountain peaks.

And to feel the community of all mountain friends at these and other places in the area:

Exercise

While hiking up, consciously experience the approach to the light as a valuable source of energy for upcoming mountain and other life activities.
Find your own "light-places" on the way and linger for a longer moment: is it the view that attracts, a certain tree or rock?
consciously stretch the body at the five power points with arms wide open towards the light - even further, even more powerfully - and store this energy. In a safe and comfortable standing position, close your eyes and repeat the arm opening several times. As your own welcome greeting for all people who are also gratefully standing at other nature and power places nearby?
