Exercise

look into the lake from a beautiful shore square and visually immerse yourself in the exciting worlds of colour - what can you see? For deeper relaxation, press the two dots left and right of the thymus gland in the middle upper chest.
hear the always soft splashing from the inflow, stand in a stable position and mentally scoop the Blue Spring water over your head in real hand movements
at one of the back tree places under the overhanging branches take again a stable position and with closed eyes let the protecting leaf canopy become a shining protective ball around the body. Store this image so vividly that it can be taken along as an "inner image" - and evoked at any time.
