Church of Mary SnowDate: 15th, E., 19th, 1833, 20th, 1905
The parish church in Lähn - dedicated to "Our beloved Lady Mary of Snow"
Lähn was originally an expositur of the parish Bichlbach and became an independent parish on July 1, 1948. The Gothic structure of the church dates back to the avalanche disaster of 1456.
Located on the main road through the village, adjacent to the north side is a cemetery. Originally Gothic,
extended around the church nave in 1833, consecrated in 1844. Three-bay nave with
a shingle-roofed gable roof and a simple north tower. On the polygonal choir with sacristy extension
there are three-pointed buttresses from the end of the 15th century.
Inside, a barrel vault over pilaster division with an overhanging cornice, above the entrance
double gallery. Wall and ceiling paintings from 1905 with scenes and depictions of saints.
