Already on the way from the parking lot of the Seearena you can slow down on a narrow path past the pike lake and through rustic nature. Arrived at the Egelsee, you will find yourself in another world with seemingly untouched nature. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

At places like these we thank nature conservation from the bottom of our hearts. Here you will find original, idiosyncratic tree forms in the constantly damp black alder forest as well as idyllic moorland and reed areas, which can generally lead us back to the origin of being or to our own inner origin:

approach: to take up the special sea atmosphere by a light, buoyant gait. Without thinking too much, perceive the clear air quality in a "feeling" way, let your thoughts flow with your breath without following or evaluating it.
deepen: consciously perceive the water play with the sparkling light reflexes, as well as the detailed bank reflections in all colour nuances
be present: find a good footing in a suitable place, lift the feet to the ground, loosen the knees, shoulders slightly downwards: stand well fixed on the ground, connected slightly upwards from the apex of the head as if by a string, loose in the middle, arms hanging downwards. Welcome the inner nature with a slight turn of the palms of the hands forward.
