Health-conscious and active individuals will find a gem for leisure activities in Niederndorf along the Forstmeile. Under the project guidance of Univ.-Prof. Günther Mitterbauer, the former Forstmeile has been renovated by the municipality, enriching the Jennbach recreation area.

An active forest run with invigorating gymnastics or a leisurely walk - the Forstmeile is designed not only for active athletes but also for those who enjoy moving outdoors in the midst of healthy forest air.

Numerous exercise stations and the terrain itself offer children, teenagers, adults, and seniors opportunities for diverse movement and the training of important bodily systems. Furthermore, all those seeking relaxation should feel comfortable in this recreational area and replenish their energy. Signposted exercise stations and information boards invite visitors to do something good for their psyche and their bodies.

You can reach the beautifully located facility via the Niederndorfer Landstraße L379. Right at the Jennbach Bridge between Niederndorf and Ebbs, you will find the parking lot, and from there you can immerse yourself in the relaxing forest landscape after just a few meters.
