Description

Far away from the stress of everyday life lies the "power place of relief". The way up to 560 m alone makes you forget everything else. In the forest the noise stops, the smell of the forest lets you breathe deeper. Small knstwerke line the edge of the path and invite you to take your time. When you arrive at the chapel, the sun's rays warm the skin in the small clearing. Benches are available to linger and enjoy the view, while a mosaic picture by Isidor Winkler is displayed above the entrance.

The chapel can be reached on foot from the warehouse in Niederndorf or from the centre, from where you can reach the staircase to Hechenberg.

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

The chapel as a place of pilgrimage since 1718 has been a "place of power of relief". Nature and various stations on the way there and back are made to invite flexibility and mobility into one's own path of life! Closely connected with the former times of need and intercession of the people here, we are all the more aware of the necessity of community and the ability to change. We can tune in:

Exercise

  • at the labyrinth station on the small hill follow the root tracks. They are like a guided tour of nature for the next steps. The curved lines go off without touching them directly, feel their course with your feet and bridge interruptions - similar to your own journey through life: taking temporary guidance, then going back on your own. Congratulations!
  • arrived at the top of the forest clearing near the chapel, quietly take a seat and only go further when an inner impulse comes ... until then: wait, feel
  • after the broad way up consciously take down the narrow winding path behind the church, spread arms while walking, accept lightness

Impulse Questions

Can I adapt to existing paths?
Can I create "free" routes for myself?
Do I allow myself times of waiting until the next inner impulse for action?
