On the Gamskogel, 45 minutes from the top station of the Kaiserlift, you can immerse yourself in the blue of the sky. The view extends over the Kaisertal valley with its farms, huts and peaks. Inside a spiral-shaped larch wood bench, you can take a seat facing all directions, while the shape of the bench allows you to comfortably observe the sky and its clouds.

At eye level with the powerful natural scenery of the Kaiser Mountains, we can experience and strengthen our perception of nature at five power & awareness places near and above the Brentenjoch mountain station: The places invite you to come to us. And to feel the community of all mountain friends at these and other places in the area:

Exercise

While hiking up, consciously experience the approach to the light as a valuable source of energy for upcoming mountain and other life activities.
Find your own "light places" on the path and linger for a longer moment: is it the view that attracts you, a certain tree or rock?
Consciously stretch the body towards the light at the five power points with arms wide open - even further, even more powerfully - and store this energy. In a safe and comfortable position, close your eyes and repeat the opening of the arms several times. As your own welcome greeting for all people who are also gratefully standing at other places of nature and power in the vicinity?
