consciously experience the approach to the light as a valuable source of energy for upcoming mountain and other life activities when hiking uphill
find their own "light places" along the way and linger for a longer moment: is it the view that attracts a particular tree or rock?
to consciously stretch the body at the five points of force with wide open arms towards the light - even further, even more powerful - and to store this energy. Close your eyes in a safe and comfortable position and repeat the arm opening several times. As your own welcome greeting for all people who are also gratefully standing nearby at other natural and power places?
