Painting, sculpture, and arts and crafts. The 500-year-old Rabalderhaus, with its Gothic vaults and staircase, is located in the center of Schwaz.
Selected works of painting and sculpture by artists who have lived or worked in Schwaz are on public display in the 15 rooms of “Kunst in Schwaz.” The Rabalderhaus thus offers a glimpse into the region’s rich cultural history. In addition, an eight-minute film about the history of Schwaz, the “Silver City,” is shown in the media room.
