Close to the border and hidden in the forest, the remains of the ruin Katzenstein, a former guard post of Erl, which was already mentioned more than 700 years ago and was fought over at times, can certainly tell a lot! A true place of power. Today a place of adventure and in former times a zone where life and death or the success of the transport of essential goods were seen - or better: not seen - was decisive:

a little sure-footedness was already required in the past and still is today: to walk around the castle once - it is possible - and to let nature with its roots, tree trunks, branches help you gently here and there, to feel your body, to be alert, to open the "external antennas" for all noises - like in former times 
take your own spontaneous "weir body posture" at a suitable point: stand in a stable position - what do the arms do? Feel your own muscle tension
then, like many people here already before, they start to move, stalking through the forest paths around the ruin, perceiving nature with open senses, remaining invisible and "silent" as long as possible undiscovered ... it is about everything!
