Visible from afar, the pilgrimage church of St. Nicholas rises on the Buchberg near Ebbs. The church of St. Nicholas is the only remnant of the high medieval "Ebbs Castle" and according to tradition is probably the successor building of the old castle chapel. During renovation work in recent years, rare frescoes from the early 16th century were uncovered. Today, St. Nicholas Church Ebbs is not only a special place of power, a destination for walks but also a popular wedding church with a unique flair.
