Noticeable blessing
Up on the Buchberg near Ebbs, the yellow facades of the Gothic church shimmer on the lush green of the meadows and the radiant blue of the sky. The view is as astonishing as the interior of the church: impressive carvings, historical pictures, an imposing altar with five figures of saints and choir stalls made of fir wood, benches, vaults and pulpit. Its church takes its name from the patron saint of travellers - in the past the church was supposed to give travellers strength.
From the rarities zoo Ebbs you can reach the church via marked paths.
NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature
Close to the border, this exposed square on brecciated main dolomite also has its own eventful history between different interests, documented since the 10th century. Perhaps this is exactly why we are open for "bigger" and "bigger" up here in view of the rock face of the "tame" emperor and the far view over the Inn valley to the town of Kufstein and the mountain ranges of the Brixen and Zillertal! Perhaps this is why our patron saint for travellers - St. Nicholas - can continue to work? Let's approach carefully:
Exercise
stand in a good place with the desired viewing direction and consciously move your eyes in all directions - including up and down - and focus on different distances: eye yoga is particularly enjoyable here!
Breathe wide: at another good place loosen your knees, extend your arms sideways and turn your palms upwards when inhaling, then downwards again when exhaling and repeat until your lungs feel as wide as the landscape.
Breathe close: repeat the same breathing exercise behind the St. Nicholas Chapel with a firm view of the rock face until it appears close and familiar.
Impulse Questions
How are my eyes when they're free to move?
How do I feel about the distance in front of me?
How do I feel in front of the rock face - what changes in my breathing?
