Kufstein

Call of the mountains

Information

Source: Kufsteinerland

Description

If you dare to go up, you will be rewarded for the arduous climb with a view as far as the Inn Valley, weather permitting. A small windbreak pavilion and the limestone warmed by the sun invite you to linger and enjoy.

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

You have a path ahead of you that will take you step by step towards the light into the vastness and breathtaking views: the "rock heart" of the Kaisergebirge, a region of perpendicular walls and towers and a natural area that has been protected for more than 50 years! Experience this encounter with your nature all the more consciously through some preparations and exercises along the way. It's all about your strength, endurance and dosage:

Exercise

  • From the start, face to face with the "Wild Emperor", repeatedly press the palms of your hands together consciously in front of your body in order to feel and consciously store your own strength
  • Establish contact with "one's own" Wild Emperor: give and take weight over one arm at a time on the rock face in order to feel the counterforce. A good balance for the leg work while hiking
  • With a good view of the rock profile - some see "dragon's back" or similar force - go into a forward straddle, stretching the arms forward and backward at shoulder height respectively and focusing on the target. Hold, feel power, continue walking
