From the mountains to the plate. In our à la carte restaurant al-pine, the soul of the Ötztal meets contemporary hospitality. Here, locality and traditional recipes combine to create an authentic flavour experience. Our philosophy is simple: regional products, sustainably sourced and prepared according to the rules of classic Tyrolean cookery. At the same time, modernity has an influence. The result is a variety of flavour experiences that you can enjoy in our Zirbenstube with its cosy, modern flair.
We have a reservation system with 5 timeslots: 6 pm, 6.30 pm, 7 pm, 7.30 pm and 8 pm.
