The traditional bakery Patterer in the heart of Matrei has always been known for baked goods of the highest quality. In this family business, which has been run by Robert Patterer for three generations, high-quality ingredients are processed into the finest bread and pastries according to tried-and-true, old family recipes. But cakes from the Patterer bakery are also always something special for a special day, such as for a baptism, birthday, or wedding. The current offerings range from small pastries to various types of bread to cakes, tortes, and other sweet delicacies from the in-house pastry shop. Additionally, the store also offers dairy products, juices, jams, and much more for daily needs.
