Description Wheelchair user:
A gentle gradient takes you from the Glacier Express valley station car park to the ticket office. From there, it is a steep gradient in order to get to the wheelchair access, which is overlooking the main entrance to Glacier Express.  This path is not signposted as a wheelchair-access route. The staff will provide information. Access to the Glacier Express is without steps and directly behind the driver’s cabin. After a ca. 10-minute ride with the underground train you will reach the glacier restaurant “Kristall” on 2.840 m. Access from the Glacier Express to the restaurant is via the back entrance of the kitchens. All areas of the restaurant are accessible by wheelchair. Disabled toilets are integrated in the ladies toilets.
