The area around the Neue Bamberger Hütte and the location above the tree line offers a variety of hiking opportunities, so that a stay of several days is well worthwhile.
The local mountain, the Schafsiedl, is popular. Other sought-after destinations are Kröndlhorn, Tristkopf, Salzachjoch and the Salzachgeier.
All tours are well marked, easy and therefore also suitable for families with children. Numerous idyllic lakes and ponds bear witness to the abundance of water in the Kitzbühel Alps.
In winter, first-class touring opportunities await ski tourers. The mostly low altitude differences of a maximum of 700 metres and beautiful, flat slopes also make the area interesting for beginners and snowshoe hikers.

Space for groups of up to 20 people. Modern technical equipment (TV with laptop connection) available for training courses. The room is separate (own door) from the rest of the catering area, please make extra reservations through our hut host! Examinations can also be held there.
