Regional products from the alpine region are always the main ingredients. Furthermore, we will find the perfect wine to accompany each dish from our selection of over 500 wines.

Our kitchen stands for sustainability, regionality, and the highest enjoyment. We focus on organic quality and use 99 % regional products from the alpine region, including meat directly from farmers and hunters in the area. Only seasonal local fruits and vegetables, as well as regional fish and shellfish from waters such as the Danube, Inn, Chiemsee, and many more – no sea fish. With every bite, you not only enjoy first-class quality but also contribute to a sustainable future.
